Can this style (maybe looser waves) be achieved with a loose perm? I've never actually seen a loose perm but I've read about them haha
I have long (down to the middle of my back almost) straight hair and I want something new. I really like that look and would love to try it.
Loose perm?
In the picture it looks like she got her curls from using a big barrel curling iron. A perm has smaller curls.
