don't part your hair, just pull some over the forehead. Then use a curling iron and curl length wise. Then come each curl or brush it so it is not to tight. Pull some hair from the back of your head and let it drape over your shoulders.
Spray to keep in place.

First you have to have it cut in that style. Then you get a clip to do you hair in sections starting with the back. You get a fat curling iron and start curling in in a banana curl kind of way. Keep letting down sections. repeat. Also you can print your picture you have off and take it to a hairstylist tell them that is what you want and if possible they can show you how... Good luck!
