you need to straighten your hair of course but you need longer length but from your shoulders very choppy layers %26amp; soft feathering to frame the face, any stylist can do this for you its a very easy style to maintain too.

The the pic to the stylist...it looks really hard.. but it kinda looks like a realy big poof...just put your hair in a pony tail and then kinda make it poof.. otha than that.. take it to the stylist.
